I really like that this electrolyte is made with real fruit and salt instead of artificial ingredients. The Lemon-Lime flavour is fresh and natural and I definitely notice how well it hydrates. I found it really refreshing. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a clean, effective electrolyte.
