Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping option, with free shipping available on orders over a specified order threshold.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed, not from the date of purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
For U.S. orders:

Currently, no customs duties are charged to U.S. customers, as our products qualify under the CUSMA / USMCA (United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement).

Zentein Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@zentein.ca within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
