The label's performance serving is 2 scoops. The pouch contains 12 of these servings. You can use less than 1 scoop up to 2 scoops depending on your routine and taste.

How much water should I use?

Mix your chosen amount into approximately 500 mL to 1 L of water. Adjust the water and scoop amount to taste.

Which electrolytes are included?

Sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. At 2 scoops, the label lists 1000 mg sodium, 300 mg potassium, 100 mg calcium and 60 mg magnesium.

What are the ingredients?

Freeze-dried lime, sea salt, potassium citrate, calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, freeze-dried lemon, ascorbic acid and stevia leaf.

What is the best-before period?
