Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water or milk of choice
- 1 serving Zentein Pure Bovine Collagen Protein Powder or Zentein Superfood Enhanced Bovine Protein Powder
- 1 Zentein Protein Bar, chopped
- Peanut Butter Cup or Strawberry Blondie
Instructions
- Cook oats on the stovetop or in the microwave with water or milk according to package directions until hot and creamy.
- Stir in Zentein Collagen until fully dissolved
- While the oatmeal is still hot, fold in the chopped protein bar
- Let sit for 1–2 minutes so the chocolate melts slightly and the bar softens
